With an excellent IT organization, NDQ is directly connected via EDI with the shipping companies, agencies, … so that they can guarantee a constant and automatic progress of your transport.

Due to the extensive experience with unaccompanied shipping via the port of Zeebrugge, waiting times for drivers at the border are avoided. In addition, the NDQ site in the port of Zeebrugge is an authorized loading and unloading location of the customs, a Temporary Storage Area (RTO) and their warehouse is a customs approved warehouse. The direct integration of the TMS system with leading shipping companies with status feedback also ensures that the dispatching of NDQ always has a correct and real-time view of the status of shipments, and by extension the status of your goods.

NDQ took the first major automation steps years ago with the implementation of eTrans, the Transport Management System of EuroTracs. Due to the continuous investment in this platform, and integrations from eTrans with its own WMS system, a link with a specific OCR module for the automatic reading of orders that are delivered via e-mail or other sources, the various administrative processes within NDQ are extremely streamlined in a modern way.

With the imminent arrival of Brexit, EuroTracs has once again brainstormed with NDQ to automate the very extensive administrative needs related to the Brexit. From now on, the customer can register all necessary information via the customer portal and link the necessary documents. If necessary, NDQ also provides this service via the TMS system. By direct link with the agencies and shipping companies, and the necessary information that flows back from these parties, NDQ is taking a big step to guarantee its specialization in transport to and from the United Kingdom, and guarantees the same and even better quality as before.
